What should I do if the logistics information shows that the package has been signed for but not actually received?
- Scanning delay: The carrier might not have scanned it correctly — the status will refresh the next business day.
- Check around: If you live in an apartment, the carrier may have accidentally left it at a neighbor’s house or at the front desk. Please check with neighbors or your building’s reception.
