Within 30 days of purchase, we offer a free full refund or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact Customer Service immediately. We will cover the full return shipping costs. For multiple items, return them together to receive free return on all items. Returning items individually may incur extra charges.
If the product is intact and you simply changed your mind, the return postage costs will need to be borne by you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Contact us before returning — Please email [email protected] to confirm your return/exchange and get instructions.
- Provide tracking number — You must include the return tracking number when you ship the item back.
- Items must be intact — No signs of wear, depreciation, or use. Original condition required.
- Keep original packaging — All labels, boxes, and accessories must be in the same state as when you received them.
- Email documentation — Send the original receipt and return tracking number to [email protected].
- Product & packaging integrity — The product must be in its original state, with original packaging and all tags attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Processing can take up to 5 business days after we receive the package, subject to compliance with our Return Policy.
If you have been approved for a refund but haven’t seen it appear:
- First, recheck your financial institution account (PayPal or bank statement).
- Then contact your financial institution — refund posting can sometimes take extra processing time depending on your bank/PayPal.
