Signed but not received?

What should I do if the logistics information shows that the package has been signed for but not actually received?

  • Scanning delay: The carrier might not have scanned it correctly — the status will refresh the next business day.
  • Check around: If you live in an apartment, the carrier may have accidentally left it at a neighbor’s house or at the front desk. Please check with neighbors or your building’s reception.

Lost Package Policy

At kajewelhut, we stand behind every order. If you do not receive your package within 60 days after it was sent, please contact us at [email protected].

Our guarantee: We will either resend you a brand new order or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction and trust are our priority.

⚠️ For lost claims, we may require additional information to assist the carrier investigation. However, we ensure a smooth resolution within 5 business days after confirmation.
