Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you an email with your purchase receipt and a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order by logging into your kajewelhut account (if registered) and clicking “My Orders”.
Yes — if the items are being shipped to the same address and within 24 hours of your original purchase, you can add items to your existing order. To do so, please contact [email protected] first and we’ll help combine your shipment.
During business days, we need 2–5 days to prepare your order (quality check, packaging, and handling). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your parcel is on its way.
Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide from our fulfillment centers.
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order either by:

All duties and taxes are included in the price shown on the item page — no extra fees upon delivery.
The UK and EU countries are VAT-free regions, so no tariffs are included in the product’s price. You may be responsible for local VAT/duties if applicable, but we strive to keep things transparent.
Within 30 days of purchase, you can exchange or return the product for free without any reason. After this period, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. To start a return/exchange:
